I problem very many

1. two account (very very old 2 create accont ) 2 accounts were not prohibited and come new update and need delete all character I dont know why need delete account

2. I brother wants to play game ONE IP title dont know how possible game? would not be never : ( TRADE . AUCTION HOUSE TRADE . PARTY . ONE CLAN JOIN . AND NOTHING NEVER ) completely separate character no abuse ect

3. I forum character OLD email (OLD ACCOUNT) I NEW account I forgot user name how can it be restored?

You must remove all heroes from one of the your accounts.

Just play from different devices.
